We’re thrilled to have you join us for the Just Enough Workout, our newest fitness program that’s completely on your terms.
Whether you're new to working out, or have joined other SELF fitness programs in the past, we think you’re really going to love what we have planned. Over the next four weeks, we’ll take you through 20 new strength and cardio workouts, each of which have two options: Just Enough Movement, which takes just 10 minutes or less and requires zero equipment, and Just a Little More Movement, which uses dumbbells and takes between 20 to 30 minutes. However intensely or gently you want to move that day, we have an option for you.
